About working with us

How long does it take?

Most apps go from the first conversation to Google Play within a few weeks. You see designed screens in the first week.

What do I need to give you?

Your logo if you have one, your products or services with prices, and an hour of your time to talk. We take it from there.

Can I change things myself later?

Yes. Every app comes with an admin panel: items, prices, photos, opening hours, messages, staff. No developer needed for the everyday.

Does it work on iPhone?

Yes. The app is published on Google Play for Android and on the App Store for iPhone. It also runs in any phone's browser, so customers who scan a QR code never need to install anything.

What does it cost, and what about later?

One package price for the whole build, agreed after the first conversation, covering design, the Android and iPhone apps, the admin panel, training and handover. The first year of maintenance and updates is included. From the second year a small annual fee covers hosting, updates and support.

Who owns the app?

Your brand, your data and your customers are yours. We host and maintain the app for you, and you can take a copy of your data at any time.

Restaurant and hotel apps

Do I pay a commission on every order?

No. The app is built for you as one package, and from the second year a small annual fee covers hosting, updates and support. Orders come straight to you, not through a delivery platform taking a cut.

Do customers have to install the app to order?

No. A customer who scans a table QR code orders in the phone's browser straight away. Regular customers can install your app from Google Play or the App Store.

Can I use my own delivery riders?

Yes. That is how it is designed: your riders, on a live map you and the customer can both see, with a PIN for the handover.

Can I change the menu and prices myself?

Yes, from the admin panel: items, prices, photos, deals, opening hours and staff, without calling a developer.

Shop apps

Can it keep track of my stock?

Yes. Every product has a count that comes down with each order, and low stock is flagged on the owner's screen.

Can a pharmacy customer send a prescription?

Yes. The customer photographs the prescription in the app and it arrives with the order for the pharmacist to check.

Can I sell by weight or by the box?

Yes. Each product has its own unit and price per unit, so rice by the bag and spices by the 100 grams both work.

School apps

How do parents sign in?

With the PIN the school gives them. There is no account to create and no password to forget.

Can parents with several children use one app?

Yes. Every child appears in the same app, each with their own attendance, homework, fees and results.

Does it work for academies and tuition centres too?

Yes. Classes, attendance, fees and messages work the same way for an academy as for a school.

Clinic apps

Does it work for a clinic with several doctors?

Yes. Each doctor has their own queue and their own phone screen, and the reception sees them all.

Can walk-in patients still come?

Yes. The reception gives walk-in patients a token in the same queue as the patients who booked.

Do patients get reminders?

Yes. A reminder goes the evening before the appointment, and a notification when their token is nearly called.
